Required Information

• Full name of the gene, NCBI or Uniprot ID.
• If possible, please provide us with the full sequence of the gene (optional).
• Expected application: Please specify whether it will be ELISA, WB, IHC, ICC, IF, or Flow Cytometry.
• Please specify the types of samples to be used with the antibody in detail, for example, A431 cell lysate, mouse lung tissue, etc.
• Other requirements: such as the tag on the sequence; please specify if you only need anti-serum, etc.

Protocol

• The sequence is analyzed, designed, and synthesized (please specify if more than 2 different peptides or longer sequences of 15-20aa are needed; the price will increase if it exceeds 20aa).
• Peptides are conjugated with carriers, typically Freund's adjuvant or Alum adjuvant.
• Rabbits (usually at least 4 rabbits) or goats are immunized with peptides (multiple immunizations for each rabbit or goat), samples are collected during this period and tested to determine immunization.
• Anti-serum is collected after immunization and testing.
• If the results are satisfactory, antibodies are purified from the anti-serum (if test results are not satisfactory, re-immunization is performed).
• Optionally, antibodies are labeled with HRP.

Quality Control

• ELISA (1: 20000-200000) with high stability and sensitivity.
• Western Blotting (1:5000-50000) with high stability and sensitivity.
• Expected application with the same or similar customer samples.

Time

• Duration is 90 days (may vary depending on different antibodies or hosts)

Provided Products

• Purified antibody, 10-50 mg. (For goat polyclonal, it will be more than 50-100 mg)
• Anti-serum (End-users can use this to test or purify the antibody) or acids for rabbit polyclonal, 10ml. (For goat polyclonal, it will be 100ml)

• If the customer can provide the peptide (requirements: volume: 3-5 mg for each gene, purity >85%), the price will be lower.
