Nepenthe uses Biolegend Legendplex kits for Bead-Based Immunoassays (known as Multiplex ELISA) service. Legendplex kits provide sufficient reagents for at least 100 tests but the assay is performed in a 96-well filter plate, allowing you to run 40 samples plus 8 standard curve titrations in duplicate. If the user prefer to use the kit without duplicate, kit allows you to run 88 samples plus 8 standart curve titrations.
