Nepenthe Tissue Genomic DNA Extraction Kit uses proteinase K and chaotropic salt to lyse cells and break down proteins. This kit extracts pure DNA with a simple protocol using a column method. In this method, 20mg of tissue (10mg of liver or spleen tissue) is required depending on the tissue type. In the case of bone tissue, decalcification must first be performed and then used for DNA extraction.
